My passion is to help you understand that you can make simple gourmet meals with all the taste and none of the guilt. Knowing where your food comes from, how to prepare it in the most nutritious way and being in tune with what your body needs is one of the keys to living a healthy lifestyle.

As a Raw Food Chef and Educator, I'm redefining what it means to get the most nutrition out of foods without killing most vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Being in the health field for over 15 years and an education in the physical education/health, raw food nutrition and food preparation has helped me to feel healthier as each year goes by.
